Since 2008, the company OOO "Software Labs" has been engaged in maintaining control processes and improving reliability, developing and implementing specialized software, conducting consulting courses, seminars and conferences.
Since August 2020, Software Labs LLC has been one of the accredited IT companies of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS; registration number in the list on the website is 11901. accreditation decision No. 417 dated 08/20/2020).
The company deals with problems of ensuring reliability and safety of complex technical systems at all stages of their life cycle, specializes in the assessment and optimization of production business processes and design processes. Specialists have experience working in projects of various industries in Russia and the CIS and constantly improve their qualifications.
The software being developed is aimed at mid-level engineers and managers. The company sees its goal as simplifying complex work by providing the right digital tools.
At the ExpoCifra exhibition, Software Labs LLC will present its new product - software for calculating reliability and analyzing failures "MARS". During the development process, specialists were guided by the positive experience of foreign colleagues, but at the same time fully complied with the requirements of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Telecommunications of the Russian Federation. In "MARS" you can calculate reliability, conduct AVPKO (analysis of the types of consequences and criticality of failures), ADN (analysis of fault trees), build SSN (structural reliability diagrams), form AFO (analysis of functional failures) - in accordance with domestic state standards. It is planned to develop the functionality at the request of customers, in particular, a module for aircraft manufacturers "MOS-2", a method for assessing maintainability, a module for optimizing ZIP (spare parts) and others are under development.
In addition, specialists at the exhibition stand will demonstrate the operation of the harness and assembly production support system "Interconnect 3.0" , developed by order of the company "Bi Pitron" (registry entry No. 23083 dated 06/28/2024 based on the instruction of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation dated 06/28/2024 according to the minutes of the expert council meeting dated 06/18/2024 No. 389pr). The implemented information system combines the functions of data collection systems, dispatch control and business analytics, in fact representing the implementation of a digital twin of the production process. First of all, for small-scale and pilot production, as well as production using a large amount of manual labor.
"Interconnect 3.0" is aimed at strengthening the production management function by ensuring transparency of business processes that accompany the direct manufacture of high-tech products. By providing the heads of the relevant departments of the enterprise with the necessary information in a timely manner, management decision-making is simplified, control over performers is strengthened, and, as a result, time costs for the manufacture of products are minimized and the overall quality level of the production process is increased.
Also, on the bench laptops, it will be possible to try out “DigiMans” – an application for generating electronic instructions for manufacturing products. The result of the technologist’s work in DM is a complete, structured technological process implemented in electronic (digital) format, equipped with a visual step-by-step instruction for the assembler (installer). The technological process has an option for approval before release to the workshop. For reference books of typical technological operations and components used, integration with third-party PLM|PDM| ERP systems is assumed.
The range of products under development is constantly expanding thanks to continuous communication with representatives of Russian developers of complex technical systems and manufacturing enterprises. A graphical package for harness design, a repair log system and other software solutions are in the process of being created. Existing products are also constantly being improved and their functionality expanded.
